To attain this designation, Barbara Ferguson of The Linda Hall Team was required to complete extensive training on buyer agency practices and procedures, pass a written National Exam, and submit evidence of actual practical experience as a Buyer's Representative.

More that one million people in the United States are licensed to sell real estate and of those licensees, fewer than one in 500 is an Accredited Buyer Representative.

And it's the only buyer's designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is offered exclusively through our Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) in recognition of advanced professional training, experience in buyer representation, and commitment ot the industry Code Of Ethics. ABR and REBAC are part of the National Association of REALTORS®.
